Leuk en comfortabel appartement. Een slaapkamer appartement dat vier slaapt. Queen bed en queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Geweldige locatie en veel voorzieningen. Visvijver, clubhuis, zwembad met bubbelbad, tuinhuisje, barbecue buiten, 24-uurs trainingsruimte en business center allemaal binnen een paar stappen van de flat.

Bijgewerkt in 2014 met laminaatvloer, meubels, bedden, verf en twee 39 'flatscreen-tv's. Klaar voor uw lange winteruitje, vakantie of weekend van ontspanning of plezier.

Vanaf het balkon heeft u uitzicht op de gracht.

Great Family Vacation

Host was awesome, condo was wonderful, and time with our grown kids and two grandchildren was fantastic. Location of this property could not be better. Our kids also rented condos here and it worked out well. I would definitely recommend condo 214. Host was very responsive, and I appreciated that very much. Hope to use this condo again.

My favorite beach condo ever. Everything you need is provided! Bring your food and drink and get your beach parking permit at the Stripes on the corner. Close by grocery store has anything you might need. The beach is a hop skip and a jump away! 2 mins! The pool area is beautiful. Parking is perfect. You will love the peace here!

Great location!

This rental has a great location! It’s easy to walk to a permit only for parking beach (you will need a cart or wagon if you’re taking umbrellas, chairs, etc) or drive a little way to a free beach. The unit is well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. We easily went everywhere in the area from here. It is very quiet for the most part. We could hear conversations from adjacent units but that stopped at reasonable times. The pool and hot tub are really nice. I would rent it again!

Weekend Fishing Trip

The property was exactly as described. We had an unfortunate A/C outage, but the manager/owner was very responsive and took care of the problem as quickly as they could and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed this area of Padre Island/Port A/Corpus Christi.

The host was so accommodating and put my needs front and center! Thank you, Tommie! The condo was exactly as advertised, and even better. Parking was so convenient to the condo. This place is 2 min from the beautiful beach! If you need to shop, The Island Market is 3 mins away and has everything you need. Really nice grocery store and nice folks as well. Cozy weekend stay

This is an excellent property to stay at, it was decorated nicely and fully furnished. My husband, myself, and a friend stayed here for a weekend trip with other friends who stayed at the condos. Close to the Beach

We came for a few days to visit the beach with our corgis and to visit the sights around Corpus. This place was perfect for our needs. It was only about a 6-7 min walk to Whitecap Beach, which is super dog friendly. The inside of the condo is older but clean. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had cabinets filled with plateware, utensils and some appliances. The washer and dryer are a great convenience to have. The dirt devil vacuum stick was helpful to keep any tracked-in off the floor during our stay. The owner was quick to send over all the check in and check out info. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Much deserved weekend

We usually stay at Hotels/Motels, this was our first time using Vrbo. Great instructions from Tommie, had no issues getting in, or leaving. Great condo, clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the gigantic bed, I am a short girl getting up on that bed was an issue, after laughing about it I was able to get on the bed and sleep. Next time I will bring me a step stool!
