Villa Puce is located in Salento, part of the Santa Maria di Leuca area, specifically in Corsano. It enjoys an ideal location on the Adriatic coast, about 7 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and a 15-minute drive from the Ionian coast—the sandy beaches known as the “Maldives of Salento”— TORREVADO, PESCOLUSE.

It is located within the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Coastal Nature Park, a protected area along the Salento coastline, characterized by olive groves, Mediterranean scrub, and high cliffs overlooking the sea.

LOCATION

Villa Puce is located in Corsano, about a 90-minute drive from Brindisi Airport, 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, and 16 km from the beaches of the “Maldives of Salento.”

Corsano is a small, quiet town 3 km from the sea, ideal for lovers of swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing, fishing, walking, cycling, and more. The coastline can be explored by swimming, kayaking, or taking a guided boat tour to discover the marvelous natural sea caves that adorn this stretch of coastline.

THE LAYOUT OF VILLA PUCE

VILLA Puce stands on a lot that includes the house, an outdoor veranda, a lawn with a gazebo and a sun deck, and a parking area within the property enclosed by a gate.

THE HOUSE

The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower stalls—one of which is in the master bedroom—and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed. Villa Puce can comfortably accommodate up to 4–5 guests.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower stalls.
There is one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower stall, and one double bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed).

LIVING AREA

The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and the patio overlooking the lawn.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses).

The living room also features a cozy sofa area with satellite TV and a dining table.

Villa Puce is designed to be enjoyed year-round, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months.

OUTDOOR AREA

The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you’re relaxing or reading a book under a beach umbrella with a table and chairs or on the
lounge chairs, hosting outdoor lunches and dinners, or—better yet—enjoying a delicious aperitif on the terrace with its large table while admiring the view of the lawn.

VERANDA - BARBECUE AREA – LAWN – SUNBATHING AREA – PARKING

The gazebo on the LAWN was built to allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful wood-fired grill for hosting a delicious barbecue.

LINEN SERVICE is available upon request at a cost of €15 per person per stay and includes a complete set of BED LINEN (sheet set, pillowcase), BATH LINEN (shower towel, face towel, bidet towel), and KITCHEN TOWELS.

Check-in and housekeeping procedures are thorough and carried out according to strict criteria and special protocols established by the WHO and other relevant authorities. In addition to routine cleaning, all rooms and provided amenities will also be sanitized.
