Quick getaway made perfect
We decided on a last minute trip to see Mesa Verde and the Four Corners and this cute little place was all we needed. The horses were an added bonus!

VRBO in Cortez
A wonderful stay! Quiet, clean and a very friendly host. Just far enough out of Cortez to relax and get away from the traffic and noise. We would highly recommend staying here & will keep this on our list if we travel in that area again. Thank you to the hosts for providing a very accurate description and a truly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful farm stay with stargazing, horses, and everything you need
This farmstay is magical and the horses are a perfect touch. Pictures do not do it justice! Will be back.

Horse Farm Dream Indeed!
My husband, two kids, and I LOVED our ranch stay! From the Mountain Views to the western decor to the pleasant cooling and sweet town of Cortez, we couldn’t be happier. The owners were helpful and sweet. We loved being inspired by their adventures on their blog! We set the kids up on blow up mattresses in the living room and we slept in the room.

Peace and comfort in the country!
Very pleasant communication with the owners. Check-in couldn't have been easier (I just walked in.) The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable with quick access to town. I'm thrilled to have found it and hope to stay here again.

Gus and his wife were delightful guests! We really enjoyed connecting and introducing them to our horses. They were considerate, respectful, and left the place spotless. We'd love to host them again! (Gus was rated five stars not four. Accidentally clicked four stars on House rules).

A nice get away.
We stayed here on our way home from vacation. This was a beautiful comfortable home away from home. We can't wait to come back and stay longer. The host were very hospitable. Friendly horses in the evening and Taco came said good morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfectly Quiet and Charming!
My friend and I stayed one night as we passed through the area. This is a great location for multiple reasons: quiet, peaceful, pretty, great views, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and give you your space. The horses are lovely to watch as the sun sets and are there to welcome you to the new day in the morning. I appreciated the welcoming gifts too! Great for dogs, couples, and solo travelers for sure. I would happily stay again.

Wonderful
Peace and quiet on a farm. It is like a condo attached to a farm building. Full kitchen. Nice surroundings. No tv or wifi but it is not that type of atmosphere.
