Volledig vernieuwde suites. Heel ruime kamers. Het was toevallig mijn vrouw haar verjaardag en kregen een upgrade met jacuzzi. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was heel goed en ontbrak niets. Zelfs Nutella bvb.

We had to have our door cards changed twice which is irritating. TV was difficult to change channels. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We had to go outside to get to the lobby and “hot” tub. The hot tub was not hot at all and described as a “spa pool” by the front desk. We booked this hotel specifically for a hot tub,so although staff was friendly and the accommodations clean, advertising a hot tub was misleading.

The King suite was nice and clean very comfortable for my partner and I we enjoyed our stay the free breakfast was excellent and the indoor heated pool was a great touch to the experience.

Comfortable and Clean
Beds were comfy, it was quiet and everything was clean. Pool had a really high amount of chlorine, but I let the manager know. Breakfast was awesome.

The price is what you would expect to get. The room was clean, but there wasn’t weather stripping around the door so lol of the noises outside were loud. The location is close to town by car. They were good with having pets.

Room wasn't ready when we checked-in so reception upgraded us to a suite. Beds weren't great, mine was leaning a bit, but had a nice quiet night. Indoor pool was actually more of a swim spa but was good for a soak. Hot breakfast was satisfying with eggs, bacon, waffles, juices, cereals, etc. Enjoyed our stay at this property.

You can find a better place
The photos on the website made the room look far better than it actually was. The bathroom floor needed cleaning and the bed sagged in the middle. Our room was dark and felt a little claustrophobic.

Don't stay here!
Our room was probably the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Everything has a layer of dirt/dust on it. The walls has gross stuff splattered on it, but the floora were the grossest of all. My son dropped water from his wet bathing suit and it made mud on the floor. We stayed 2 overnights in the world's most uncomfortable beds. Our room was never cleaned by house keeping. We had to unclog a toilet ourselves that I'm not sure we clogged in the first place. I asked for Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom myself. The pool turned both my children's hair green and one boy has brown hair! I mean bright green! We put up with the noise the first night,but complained the second night to the front desk. We choose best westerns because we can count on great, clean rooms and amazing customer service. If the hotels can't be consistent with their quality control than we are going to stay at a different hotel for business and vacations. It was a true disappointment. Pay more money and stay at a better hotel!
