Family Adventure
The property was in a beautiful location. Quiet and nice hikes around the area. The kitchen was well equipped with all your needs and the beds were very comfortable. We had 4 adults in our group and there was plenty of room.The property could use a really good deep clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

The price and location were perfect! The owners were responsive and amenable. However, cleanliness was not great. There were cob webs in every room. All the dishes in the cabinet were dirty.

Enjoyed a long weekend here. The property was the perfect size for out family of six. Great location directly across from the mountain. It was nice to see the mountain lit up at night from our living room. The kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend this property. Hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!
The property was easy to find and we had felt well informed about everything within the house! When we did have questions, Don and Maria were always very quick and helpful. We actually had accidentally left some of our blankets at the property but Don and Maria were so kind and helpful I felt so at ease about the situation. Thank you!

Thanksgiving stay
The house was well designed and felt roomy for our family of 5 with 3 college aged kids. The third floor loft was perfect for the 19 year old twins to stay up to play video games. The kitchen was well appointed and we could easily cook all our breakfasts and a couple dinners there.

Very convenient for proximity to cortland. Just a couple issues with slow drain kitchen sink, garbage disposal, lamp without plug on cord but nothing that was major. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly Surprised
We love Greek Peak and have stayed a few different units. The layout, location and amenities were perfect. I loved all the log furniture and the seating options for us and our guests. We were all able to gather together and enjoy each others company. Only issues: Fireplace didn't work. It didn't distract from anything. The heat worked great and was also nice having control in each room. Sleeping rooms intentionally left cold while rest of home was kept cozy. For most part the place was very clean. The view is awesome, but the windows were covered with dirt. Made it tough to see out of them. Not a deal breaker, just would be nice while having coffee in the morning to take in the view. Thank you, we will be back.

A nice one month stay
This was a super convenient location for us. Everything was as described. The owners were extremely responsive to questions. This place worked well for us for the entire month. It is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Cozy Cabin Townhouse
Good communication and simple check-in made our late arrival NO PROBLEM. Townhome was comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated in a ski lodge theme. We did not spend too much time there since we were moving our child into her dorm in Ithaca, but it was a pleasant, scenic drive back/forth (about 30-35 minutes). The property was clean and functional, although the showers were a little small, but no complaints because we were happy to have 2 full bathrooms. Would stay here again!

Great location
Wish I had found this sooner! We’ve taken a few trip to Cortland for my son with baseball and had my family in a hotel room. This is so much nicer and when my daughter wanted to skip the games I didn’t feel bad she was stuck in a room. Loved the touch of the ducks in the bathroom shower I happen to have something similar at home. If we end up back in Cortland we will be looking to come back to a home away from home. Thank you for having all we needed!

Cozy clean comfortable condo
The unit was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and all communication with the owner was clear and timely. We found the seating areas to be very comfortable and overall we found the cabin and its decor to be charming. Traveling during a heat advisory in August, we were very thankful for the AC to break the humidity. Though the window unit AC in each bedroom was effective for cooling, they were also quite loud and we ended up turning them off at night when the temperature dropped so we could sleep. Per the layout, I was confused thinking the room with 3 twins was the in the loft. That room and one of the queen rooms are on the second floor, but the loft referred to in reviews is separate from the 3 bedrooms. The loft is not shown in photos, but it is a cozy (low ceiling) area with a tv with Xbox 360 (no controllers seen) and 2 bean bag chairs. The 35 minute drive to Ithaca (1 hour+ to Watkins Glen) was a bit longer than we hoped, but the trade off in location allowed us to save money overall and be more comfortable with 3 bedrooms than we would have been squished in a single motel room nearby the lakes. No regrets

Overall this was a great condo. It was perfect for 2 kids and 4 adults. The only downfall that came across was that there were no cookie sheets to bake on. We made do with what he had but it took some creativity. This condo was very clean and the neighbors were supper nice and full of knowledge about the location.

The rental was okay. We had a situation at the house that required attention from the owner and he was very attentive and apologetic. He took care of the situation as quickly as possible. As far as cleanliness, I felt it was lacking. The refrigerator was not clean and we were unable to cook in the oven due to a lot of leftover spillage. It started smoking while heating up and it was just too much for us to clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with our needs but the items were just thrown in the cabinets. Several items fell out when we opened a lower cabinet. The downstairs shower is VERY SMALL. My husband is 6'4" and had a hard time fitting in it and the bathroom mats needed replacing. The living room had an artificial Christmas tree up and only the top third lights worked. The entry step on the outside of the unit was also not stable. It was apparent that the rental is older. However, the bedrooms were good size and the bedding was comfortable. It was close to several good restaurants, a mountain activity center and a ski resort.

We visited Greek Peak with our kids for a little weekend getaway. The space was very clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. Our hosts provided all of the necessary information upfront. The only thing that we were a bit concerned with was that was a tall built in ladder that lead to a loft space that we did not feel safe letting the children climb on their own. Outside of that the space met our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Very convenient to the Peak and the Lodge. Easily accessible by walking but also had a continuous bus that can pick you up and take you to either. Beautiful view from the front porch! Don and Maria were very accommodating to the last minute changes I requested and communication was very fast and efficient.

Happy 85th Mom!
My sisters and I wanted to take my Mom away for her 85th birthday, We needed a place with a first floor bathroom and bedroom. Found it her. Looking for someplace about an hour from my mom’s house. Found it here. Needed someplace with 4 other beds. Found it here. We found everything we needed at this home. The decor was lovely. There was even a cute Christmas tree that gave such a warm homey feeling next to the fireplace. The home was clean, with new sheets and towels waiting for us. There were 2 coffee pots, new toaster, all kitchen utensils we would need. There was plenty of seating for the 5 of us. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. Don and Maria were very patient in answering all our questions. There was not one thing we lacked thanks to the great hostesses. Would definitely recommend this property to rent. We had a great birthday celebration for my mom! Thanks Don and Maria!
