Guests reserve the entire house for $299 - $449 per night for four people, plus $29- $49 per additional person per night with a capacity of six. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $239 - $289 depending length of stay and number of guests, and a 13.5% Oregon lodging taxes on the entire invoice. Please note that the default rate is for 4 people. Some OSU event weekends have premium rates.
Cooking family holiday meals is a pleasure because of the plethora of cooking tools available.
Premium rates do apply for high-demand OSU football weekends and other OSU event weekends like Fall and Spring Family Weekend and OSU Graduation.
This stand alone house with four bedrooms, one King bed master downstairs and three Queen bedrooms upstairs, an office loft, and 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Sometimes we are able to offer the lower level only for two people. When renting the lower level only there is a special rate, and no other guests will stay with you!
