'The place is a very organized camping ground. With that being said, it’s not close to anything, it’s like a 25-30 min walk to the marina and downtown restaurants. They have access to to the beach and a small store that is necessary if you bring nothing. There’s a restaurant but we did not try it, navigating the grounds is confusing and there’s no views of the sea just camping tents, RVs or little cottages among the trees. 'The location is beautiful right on top of the cliff over watching the ocean in the islands. A nice path going down to the beach. Also, there is a pool that can be used. This place is more rooms to rent than the hotel. There is no room service and the rooms are not equipped Well to eat in or just relax inside.'

'Great experience! We stayed in a new bungalow, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and AC! People were really nice, even though we do not speak Italian. Feel really secured (all gated access controlled by access cards). The gated beach is to die for. Great sand, shallow clear waters. Enjoyed evenings at our terrace, eating outside on the porch. Nothing to complain about, or maybe a more visible box to drop our access cards when leaving. Highly recommended!'

'Was one of the better places I stayed on this trip loved the lights in the shower view was nice the rain head and the waterfall head need to be cleaned some water was coming out but they where pretty stopped up other then that excellent place to stay'

'Pros: The apartment is right in the midst of the old town of Orbetello so we were able to walk everywhere. There's a grocery store within a block and multiple restaurants, including one right across the street. Our host, Barbara, arranged for family to pick us up at the train station and to bring us back when we were leaving. We felt that was going above and beyond and really appreciated it. Having both wi-fi and laundry was a huge help.'

'Somehow I missed that this was a camp ground when I was booking. However, if I was expecting camping, it would be great. It is well shaded right by a beautiful beach. The pool was smaller than expect, but I enjoyed the water aerobic class in the evening. We had a superior tent. It was stifling hot inside when we arrived. It took some time to cool off.
