'This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. 'Property is excellent. It’s a bit of a trek if you take a car from Athens. I recommend taking a helicopter as it lands right at the property basically. Surrounding area is beautiful , great golf as well. '
