Hotels in de buurt van Costa Rica Treinstation (San José)

'I have to say, first up, the bed was the best I have ever slept in. The mattess, pillows...just wonderful. The room was immaculate. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. It was beautifully furnished. Not your standard hotel room. You can see the fittings and the flooring were all chosen to reflect the elegance of this former stately home. The restaurant, bar and garden were beautiful. Such old world charm and details. The staff were endearing and very helpful. Only slight drawback. While the area...

'Ontbijt mag wat uitgebreider '

'The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the interior was. There are several common areas including a full kitchen and all are well maintained and well thought out. Very beautiful.'

'Hood'

'All good for a cheaper hotel. Pass on the cheapest room and book the studio room. Wifi was in and out but mostly working in the room. Good signal in the lobby.'

'Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam'

'Prima 1e hotel om te starten met je rondreis.'

'Great stay '

'A very good hotel for a short stay in San Jose. We had a hugh room on the 9th floor. Breakfast was good, but not many choices. Coffee was weak, but that's a problem all over Costa Rica. Some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, I highly recommend Lubnan, a Lebanese restaurant. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from downtown San Jose.'

'Vriendelijk personeel en uitbater. Geen vraag is teveel. Ze helpen je goed verder. Kamer is netheid.

'Fantastic'

'they have sportsbar with a great and friendly bar staff'

'Locatie is goed. Ontbijt viel tegen. WiFi in bepaalde kamers slecht.

'I have no idea how In The Wind Hostel gets good ratings. Maybe mostly men stay here and avoid the brunt of it, but as a solo female traveler, this was hands down the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had.  The owner’s behavior was unhinged. He has a scary pattern of going from 0 to 100 out of nowhere, flying off the handle, and then snapping right back to a weird 0 like nothing happened. My first morning, I accidentally walked through an open door into his kitchen. He blew up and screamed in my...
