'I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.'

'Excelente localização, ótimo café da manhã, muito seguro, os recepcionistas e todos que trabalham no hotel são muito competentes e foram super gentis comigo e com a minha esposa. Em resumo eu recomendo o hotel, inclusive quando voltar ao Rio de Janeiro eu pretendo me hospedar no hotel de novo. Só recomendo que seja feita revisão no ar-condicionado, pois o mesmo não estava funcionando 100%, mas isso não influenciou em nada durante a minha estadia.'
