'Wat een fantastische plek! Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prima kamers, lekker afgelegen maar toch dichtbij allerlei mooie strandjes. Topplek! Speciale dank aan de receptionist die zelfs een beetje nederlands spreekt. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Helaas eerder weg gemoeten ivm bosbranden, waardoor de omgeving wel even zal moeten herstellen. Maar we komen er vast terug.'

'Leuk hotel maar geen 4-sterren hotel. Vriendelijke staf, schoon en netjes. De locatie is niet echt geweldig, Het dorp Sines viel ons tegen, het was ooit een charmant vissersdorpje maar heeft nu een grote overslag haven voor o.a. olie en gas. En dat ruik je. Prima hotel als je op doorreis bent.'

'Nice hotel with large rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We stayed here on the way to Lisbon from the Algarve. Sines is an industrial port city. I’d recommend staying in another city. We drove around the city a bit before checking and that was all. That’s the reason for the four star rating rather than five. '

'We had an incredible time at Monte da Vilharinha. Driving into the property is like something out of a movie. The rural landscape boasts quintessential while buildings, herds of cows with bells, fields of flowers and streams. When we arrived we were greeted by Jafer and the property dog cookie. Jafer was the most incredible host guiding us around the property, letting us know where to take the (free) bikes and available to answer any questions via WhatsApp at any time.
