'Good stay'

'No volvería a ir, si hubiera leído bien y a fondo las opiniones antes no hubiera reservado desde un inicio ahí. Vengo desde Querétaro y nos hicimos 10 horas el costo fue elevado para que no recibiera lo que pague, me estafaron dice que ahí aire acondicionado en la habitación y no es verdad, por falta de Mtto unos días ahí y un rato y no es acondicionado solo es para refrescar la habitación no hacerla fría, el baño está super pequeño con mucha falta de Mtto, vidrio manchado, el portapapel...

'The pictures made this place look like a paradise. When we arrived a decided to upgrade the stay to include all inclusive. Big mistake the drinks were weak and the food lacked flavor and was over cooked, dry , hard and so on. The room smelled of mildew Iit was coming from the air conditioner and the light over the sinks had several dead bugs visibly in them. I have stayed at all inclusive hotels and this one was a waste of my hard earned money.'

'This resort is so well run, and it is reflected in every department. The staff at each step from the front door, to the gym, to the pool areas, the dining facilities, and housekeeping are all attentive, friendly, and service oriented. Food was consistently well prepared and served. The reservation dining areas offer some interesting and flavorful food options. Pool and private beach are fantastic. 'Buen precio, atención en restaurante y barras buena, demasiado desorganizado el checo un, no respetaron la habitación que se reservó, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, la segunda noche me cambiaron la habitación y mejoró la estancia.'
