'We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back.'
