Stefy is the ground floor apartment of this splendid villa, as soon as you enter the front door you will find yourself in the porch that overlooks the private garden with deck chairs which offers a splendid view of Lake Garda, while on your left you will find the splendid swimming pool of the property.
Under the porch you will find a spacious table and two armchairs where you can enjoy evenings in company.
Entering the apartment through the glass door, you will find yourself in the living room, which joins the kitchen in a modern and elegant open space, the kitchen will be equipped with all the essentials. Once you have passed the living area you will have on your right the bedroom with its bathroom equipped with all the sanitary fixtures and on your left the study, equipped with a sofa bed.
The property is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi connection and air conditioning . Towels and sheets are provided, with weekly change, included in the price.
No type of drink, food or consumable material (soap, shampoo, etc.) is provided.
Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
