Location and surroundings:

Located in a quiet rural area of Costitx, Can Madis offers the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy Mallorcan nature. Thanks to its central location, the property allows easy exploration of any part of the island, from the northern beaches to the traditional inland villages.

The centre of Costitx is just a few minutes’ drive away and offers supermarkets, restaurants and basic services. Nearby is also Sineu, known for its iconic weekly traditional market and authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.

The northern beaches of Mallorca, such as Playa de Muro or Can Picafort, are easily accessible by car and offer long stretches of white sand and crystal-clear waters.



Services and stay conditions:

– The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as the final cleaning of the property. The house is delivered completely clean, tidy and prepared for a comfortable stay from day one.

– 24-hour assistance is provided throughout the stay. During the day we are available for any need, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure guests’ peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are carried out in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions and handing over and collecting the keys in person.

– Upon booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.



House rules and schedules:

– Check-in: from 16:00 h.

– Check-out: until 10:00 h.

– Parties and events are not allowed.

– Pets are not allowed.



Additional notes:



Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from the obligation to take care of the property during the stay. No charge will be made to the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Rubbish must be disposed of at the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests over 16 years old the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable at check-out. The meter reading will be taken at both check-in and check-out.



Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost is €15 per person per day. Likewise, when possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear metre. Please check availability.



Note 5. Check-in after 22:00 h has an additional cost of €30, and after 00:00 h, €50. However, there is the option of self check-in with a welcome from the staff the following day. When a late check-out can be authorised, always subject to availability, the cost is €90 until 13:00 h and €160 until 16:00 h.
