'We stayed for one night in the four poster room (which is very grand). The house is beautiful, staff are helpful and dinner was excellent.'

'The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. We had a wedding to go to the next day and obviously wanted to look our best, not tired pale and wizzened. Thankfully, we were moved to another room far enough away, to not hear the pump.
