Duurzame hotels in Cotswolds

'Pool and spa area were good. Not the hotels fault but we visited during the heatwave and the second floor room was unbearably hot, the window barely opened and the fans were ineffective'

'We didn't get the room we asked for by the booking, which was 2 beds. We got a double double bed and slept badly.'

Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. Zoveel potentie en zo weinig waargemaakt. Gemiste kans helaas '

'Comfortable and well equipped room with air conditioning a particular benefit during the heat wave! Overall quality of service and food did not match the price level which was expensive for what was provided. In particular the additional charge for certain breakfast items, even though on a bed & breakfast rate was excessive. Service, though, was excellent including finding and keeping items we inadvertently left in the hotel room.'

'De bedden waren heel slecht. Er stonden maar 2 bedden op de kamer terwijl er 3 geboekt waren. Heel slecht kinderbed. Ontbijt was niet te eten. '

This market was first granted by charter in 1629 and established in its current form in 1976. While it is a relatively small market, it was very interesting, and we got a couple of lovely items. 'Leuk hotel, aangenaam kader. Oudere, iets gedateerde kamers - past evenwel in het kader. Heel lekker ontbijt. Voordeel van een restaurant in het hotel. Rustige omgeving Parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar. Goede uitvalsbasis van de Cotswold voor wie van rust houdt. '
