We love sharing our getaway with guests who appreciate the beauty of nature. Please note that our home sits right on the river, so you'll likely encounter some of Arkansas’ local residents—like bugs, spiders, wasps, and the occasional tick. While we clean thoroughly between visits and maintain the deck and dock regularly, nature is always nearby! Pollen, dust, and other natural elements may be present, especially during certain seasons.

**Guests will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Any guest that opens the owners cabinets (they are labeled and locked) will be subject to a $500 fee. Fishing off the dock is for catch and release only.**

The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a nice yard and a great spot right on the White River. We appreciated the clean white bedding and towels, and there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy the setting.

This home was perfect for our group of four fly fishing anglers. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful location on the river. Comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Place has a dock with boat slip for river Jons. We dined out, so did not use cooking amenities. Cotter, Lakeview, Mountain Home, Flippin are conveniently 10-20 minutes away for dining and shopping. As I recall, photos depicted a Mr. Coffee maker which we prepared for, yet the home furnishes a K-cup maker. No worries though, coffee K-cups were available. The HVAC unit is a tad bit noisy and may require a check-up, but we were warm and toasty after long days on the river. Hope to return again.

This property was adaquate for our stay, the location was good the inside was clean. The coffee pot was an issue it was so slow to make coffee in the morning, the outside of the property needs some cleaning, cob webs cleaned up the grill was dirty and initially not all burners worked but with some work got it to be fully functional. The man entry door to the garage was not secure anyone could have entered that way.

Best Stay On The River

This place matched the description. We had plenty of room for each of us to have our own room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes. Having two fridgerators came in handy for storing things for the wedding. The garages were a God send since the weather was severe. I wish it would have been nicer so we could enjoy the deck and boat dock.

Wonderful Family Getaway on the White River

Our family, including children and grandchildren, had an incredible stay at this spacious and well-equipped VRBO home on the White River. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, with plenty of seating for watching TV or gathering around the dining tables for card games.Fishing was a big part of our trip! While we didn’t have luck catching anything off the boat dock, we had a fantastic guided trip on the river, where we caught lots of trout. The deck was my favorite spot—it offered a peaceful place to relax, watch the grandchildren fish, and enjoy the many birds, including an eagle!Northwest Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit, and this home made our trip even better. While the seven-hour drive was long, it was worth it. We would love to return!
