With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this cozy retreat is perfect for families, multi-gen groups, or close friends looking to make lasting memories. Inside, the cozy interiors and vaulted ceilings are complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unobstructed views of the tranquil pond. This A-frame cabin comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, and small groups seeking a peaceful getaway.

A plush vintage velvet sofa invites you to relax while you enjoy the stunning pond views through the expansive windows. Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to prepare meals, from a standard-size fridge and stove to a stocked coffee bar and utensils. The adjacent dining area seats six, providing a cozy spot for family meals with a view of the water.

Bedroom 1 (Primary)
A serene retreat with a king-size bed, SmartTV, and direct access outside. This relaxing space includes a cooling gel memory foam mattress, luxury bamboo sheets, and blackout curtains. It is located at the front of the house, separate from other bedrooms.

A queen-size bed with luxury linens and ample storage space.

Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. One bathroom includes a bathtub for those who prefer to soak after a day of hiking or swimming.

FAQs

Is the home suitable for children?
Our home is great fun for children over the age of 5. We have steep stairs and a deck without a railing. While it's not very high, it is not super low either. This home is not a great option for younger children, mobile infants.

Can we swim or go on a boat in the pond?
No, the pond water is not circulated. Swimming, wading and boating in the pond is not allowed.

Can we fish in the pond?
YES! It is catch and release only. The pond is stocked with carp and bass.

Is the pond private?
No. It belongs to the community. You can walk the path around the pond, so don't be surprised to see people on a stroll or chilling on the bench in front of our home.

Can we feed the ducks and geese?
YES! We provide a small amount of floating duck food. We ask that you not feed them bread as it is bad for their digestive system.

Are the birds loud?
The geese leave in the morning and return in the evening. They can be talkative at night, so we offer a sound machine and earplugs for your use should you need them.
