'The kids loved the pool, and it looked clean. Our card didn't work well to get into the pool area and only worked sometimes to get into our room. Before checkout, both cards didn't work at all, so someone just stayed in the room while we loaded up our stuff. One of the chairs in our room was ripped, and the other had some questionable stains. 'Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.'

'The room itself was very nice and well put together! AC kept us cool all night, the view was nice, and there was ample space. The only problems we had was the shower was very dirty (combination of stains, hair, marks), the towels had numerous stains in them, and services were not easily accessible after hours.'

'They hardly had no food no water to buy for days. They didn’t even have lettuce for a simple salad. Bar tender didn’t know how to make drinks with no cook.'
