Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

'Brutal stay. Stay wasnt helpful. Cancelled my room when we got there bc we booked through Expedia and their elite members bumped us out. They originally lied about why we didnt have a room. Said it was a plumbing issue. The pool was low and not clean.'

'DO NOT GET A ROOM NEAR THE STAIRWAYS! Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. Thankfully our room was renovated and looked fresh but the rest of the hotel was a complete construction zone. Smoke alarm began chirping at 11pm on our first night. I called the front desk and was told that they would send someone up. Waited patiently for 20 minutes...
