The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered...

'This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. '

'The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light. For the price there was no breakfast included but you can stay elsewhere with better quality for less or the same price that includes this. It was clean. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.
