'I have so many positive things I can say about this place and the staff. The staff has been so incredible during this tough time in Jamaica. Taking care of me and being away from their families. I’m really appreciative of everyone here doing their best after a category 5 hurricane. I said I wouldn’t come back to Jamaica ever again but I will definitely be back at the Hyatt zilara in a few years. I hope Jamaica can rebuild and citizens can get back to their lives soon. 'Prima (basic) kamers, word dagelijks schoon gemaakt. Heerlijke locatie direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van Personeel alleen wisselend in vriendelijkheid. Sommige medewerkers waren super vriendelijk, anderen weer erg onvriendelijk. Wifi code wist niemand me te vertellen de eerste drie dagen.
