'Despite the recent hurricane we had a great time! Entertainment team was lit, rooms were cleaned spotless each day, and food was mostly delicious! Perhaps the biggest drawback that we had was the “timeshare” sales pitch they had us sit through for an hour-hour and an half after our first night there. If you’re not interested in that, decline the free breakfast!'

'The staff was over the top with the care they gave me and to mention a few names ms Kerry Ann was one of the greatest customer service rep there and Tracy was another great person not to mention Dikeisha at the Buffet very awesome service thanks Iberostar I will be back definitely.'
