'So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! We weren't going to walk over to another hotel, swim, and then walk back. We were told there...

'Our family had an amazing stay at Hotel Croux. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, helping us navigate food, recreation and transportation. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable, sauna was amazing, but the people were the highlight. All of the spaces were neat and tidy. '
