Each of our rooms at Crown Isle is equipped with a 40-gallon tank, if the hot water was continuously running, it might have emptied the tank and needed to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to replenish. We acknowledge and value your concern, our team is continuously and diligently looking for a long term solution on this matter.
