'Everything was great '

'Clean easy, great breakfast for the price '

'NOT the standard expected from a Best Western. Everything was in desperate need of a deep clean. The toilet paper holder fell out of the hole in the wall, the bathroom faucet wasnt secured to the sink, and the bathtub drain had to be propped open in order for the tub to drain. Breakfast was cereal and some weird “yogurt” like substance, definitely not anything ive seen before or wanted to ingest. There were 2 separate rooms that were unoccupied, the doors were left completely open all night...

'Our room was not clean smelling and carpet stained cigarette burns on bedspread. Next to laundry room was woke up at 5:00 am banging doors assuming it was dryers or kitchen cupboards from breakfast. They moved us to other side of laundry and that room smelled like pee. So we went back to the first not good room'

'Everything looks brand new. One ice maker on first floor at one end of the hall. Inconvenient for us. Breakfast was good. Better than some other places. Not able to get or buy milk at hotel. Barhroom tolet seat not tight slides around when sitting down. Shower head wont adjust part fell out. Things you might expect at new build. Gentlemen at desk when we arrived was not friendly at all. Never smiled. Outdoor pool small & didnt look usable. To cool out anyhow. Nothing that would stop us from...

'The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...

'The room was immaculately clean. Everything in it was new. I was happy with the price for what I needed which was simply a nice clean bed in a clean inn for a few hours of sleep during a road trip. It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!'

'The staff was nice and helpful. The pool and breakfast was bad. Pool was not avaliable and breakfast was all gone 1h befor time. And when they finally brought more out 30 minutes later everything was still frozen.(bagels, sausage) and they were out of pancake stuff. '
