No es lo que aparenta en el internet. Las camas duras, no tienen buena atención al cliente, no dan toallas adicionales, no hay agua caliente en las duchas, se ve mal mantenido y la ducha retenía el agua. No lo recomiendo ni lo vuelvo a usar.

L'hotel ha una posizione ideale con accesso privato alla spiaggia, un parcheggio privato, no ha connessione Internet in camera, pero per due giorni si può stare anche senza, pero manca di un armadietto o un attaccapanni. ha una piccola Piscina con annesso Jacuzzi ben tenuta. Per un piccolo soggiorno ci ritornerei volentieri

Everything we needed
This hotel is not big or modern but it's clean. Friendly staff and right on the beach. Which was almost like a private beach when we stayed as there were hardly any other people. The water was warm and clean. A negative is that our room 67 shower had hardly any water coming out of it which made it hard to rinse the soap off. And it would be nice to have a soap for the hand sink and one for the shower. The beds were comfortable and it wasn't noisy so was able to get a good nights sleep. I would return to this hotel in Covenas.

Sin embargo, en la zona pueden encontrar varios restaurantes para su atención e incluso con el más cercano, trabajamos en convenio y se les ofrece el servicio a la habitación si así lo desean. Lo único a destacar fue la zona cercana a la playa. El precio de la habitación fue muy costoso para lo que ofrece el hotel. El wifi solo está en la recepción, en la descripción del hotel no dice. Es muy ruidoso, recibimos la habitación sucia y estuvimos dos noches, al siguiente día tampoco la limpiaron. El llavero de la habitación es amenazante al advertir la pérdida de la llave tiene un costo de 75 mil pesos, ese costo no lo tiene ni la puerta entera. El baño muy pequeño, Sucio y con escape de agua

Buenas tardes Sra Monica. Su reserva original era del 3 al 9 de julio 2016 y en dichas fechas estaba tomando 1 noche del festivo del 2 al 4 de julio. Las tarifas para festivo cambian y son diferentes a las tarifas de No festivo. El valor de la 1a noche de su estadía era de $480.345 antes de IVA y ese fue el cargo que se le hizo a su tarjeta de crédito de acuerdo con las políticas de venta especificadas en el sitio. Al momento de su llegada usted decidió hospedarse únicamente esa 1a noche, precisamente la noche del 3 de julio que tal como le indico, correspondía a tarifa de fin de semana festivo. El valor de las otras noches de su reserva eran más económicas pero usted decidió retirarse del hotel por lo cual no hubo tampoco ninguna penalidad por Salida Anticipada. Los valores discriminados por fechas están detallados en el voucher de su reserva así: Original booking amount Sun, Jul 3 Rate 480,345.00 Mon, Jul 4 - Fri, Jul 8 5 nights Rate 347,392.00 El valor cobrado fue exactamente el de la noche en la que usted se hospedó y no nos canceló el valor del 16% del IVA. no me fue tambien por las siguientes razones: 1. el restaurante que esta asociado con el hotel es de pesima calidad. la primera noche que ordenamos cena nadie en mi famia comio por el.savor. 2. no hay restaurantes de calidad cerca. 2. el agua de la piscina estaba sucia. 3. solo aceptan tarjeta de credito para el pago de la habitacion. para el bar de la picina se debe pagar en efectivo. 4. durante nuestra estadia 2 de los miembros de mi familia se enfermaron de gastroenteritis. tal ves por el agua no potable del acueducto.

The hotel does not have real beach.
Where this hotel is located it does not have beach, it is in front of the ocean but without beach, the nearest nice beach is about 1km away. It has pool but is really small and too dirty. The first night we had a problem with the air conditioning and the toilet, the first one was dripping over the bed and two pillows, they fix it partialy and the other day the will fix it at all. and the other one did not flush (the tank was not filling water). After they fixed the air conditioning, the green light of the air conditioned, was exactly over our heads, so we could hardly sleep the second night. The breakfast is not included and the costo is not 4 COP as the announcement. So i did not recomend this hotel. on the other hand the local manager is a really good person and he tried to solve every problem to us.

Observación urgente que la tienen que corregir.
Nos fue muy bien, mil gracias por las atenciones recibidas. Solamente hay una observación y que sí la deben tener en cuenta los administradores del hotel, es que no deben permitir personas ajenas o que viven cerca y les permiten la entrada a disfrutar de la piscina y de sus alrededores.

There is no beach!
Pool not nice, jacuzzi with no heater (cold water), no beach, no retsaurant! This should not be classified as a hotel! Photos in the Internet are not what you find at this place.
