'Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.'

'Had a lovely stay at this 1-bed cabin near Penzance! It was very clean and cosy, and made for a really comfortable base while exploring the area. The host was super friendly and welcoming throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Great private garden too, and having secure parking was a nice bonus.
The only downside was ventilation - the only window in the whole cabin was in the bathroom, so it did get a bit stuffy and warm inside at times. Might be worth bearing in mind if...

'This was the perfect place for my son and me to stay for a week, with beautiful scenery, stunning views, and complete peace and quiet that made it feel like our own private field. There was plenty of space for others to join with tents if needed, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, along with their lovely dog. We enjoyed the games provided and relaxing evenings around the fire pit. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the closest beach, while still being within easy driving...

'Shine Chalet is a perfect for a short/long stay for a couple. The premise is clean, modern and smart, there is more than adequate space, it is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and a very nice shower, one issue is the minute hand basin, which barely big enough for it’s function. There is nice outside space with table and chairs and a tidy and sizeable car parking area.'

'We loved our stay here. Mark and Kat were responsive and thoughtful hosts (a lovely cream tea welcomed us on arrival). The house had plenty of space for our large group. We liked the private and green location. And we were welcomed everytime we got back to the house by three super friendly dogs who we well in love with! Couple of things to note - some of the mattresses are softer rather than firmer - and showers are mostly of the electric heater variety so not super powerful - if these are...

Our stay was great overall. Our room had a bathtub which is always a big plus. Perfect location in the middle of Lizard, with plenty of shops nearby and Lizard point within a short walking distance.
