'I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The hotel's location is interesting but the signs to get there were on point.. Road leading there was not in the best condition so if you arrive at night be aware of this. The front desk staff were fantastic!!!.. Room was very nice.. Mattress comfortable and no allergy triggers.. (yes this is quite a issue for me).. I cannot comment on the pool or fitness center because I didn't see it nor did I really go looking. The coffee was great very strong.. coffee and tea were not available in common...

'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'

'I was originally staying at Allentown Park Hotel by Red. The room condition was atrocious. I checked out and went down and felt 1000% relieved to check into Staybridge. Immaculately clean room. Friendly staff. Generous and tasty breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. And very, very quiet property. So happy I changed my travel plans. Beyond satisfied with Staybridge IHG West. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'
