'Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par.'

'I had a quick overnight airport stay and the staff allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Everything was clean and the room was perfect. The shuttle was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!!'

'The room was very nice and comfotable. The handle on the toilet needs to be replaced. You had to flush the toilet at least twice just to get the paper to go down. It was wasteful. Other wise it was a great stay.'

'Planned on staying just one night but weather cancel my flight snd decided to go back to this hotel. The great service begins at the airport with the prompt and attentive staff. I was picked up at rush hour in bad weather inn10’ after calling the hotel. Staff inside are very helpful, spotless room and very decent service. Will go back again!'

'Everything was fine, except the bathroom wasn't clean. We got in late after a long day of driving and I didn't feel like saying anything to the hotel staff. But, there was dried pee spots around the floor by the toilet. Hair in the shower, sink and on the floor in the bathroom. Cleaned just enough to 'appear' clean. Really dislike remnants of prior people's stays when I'm in a hotel.'

The front desk person (we did not know she was the check in person) was outside when we arrived and saw us unloading our baggage. instead of going inside to check us in, she stayed outside and made us wait for 10-15 minutes wondering where the check in person was. When I went outside to ask her where the check in person was, she said she was the one and said she was on her way inside. When I asked her why she didn't come in to check us in when she saw us arriving, she...
