House in a warm "Orange" color you will find it easily, on 3 floors.

1st floor: Super well equipped kitchen, with everything you need, relaxation area with armchairs, large table that can take 10 people plus removable island. Service bathroom, toilet and sink, with washer and dryer and other accessories.
2nd Floor: Large wardrobe in the hallway as well as a comfortable office area.
Full bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet and bidet, towels and others.
Large bedroom with Queen bed, private dressing area, bedding, everything is provided.
3nd floor - or either Attic: Large open concept space, with 2 magnificent light wells, letting in the sun during the day and seeing the stars at night from the bed.
There is a corner with a large double bed, a lounge area with armchairs and cable TV and storage area, bedding provided and others. The attic is super comfortable and cozy, you can add an air mattress for 2 if needed and it will still be spacious.
The house has a heat pump or either air conditioning on each floor, which cools if too hot or heats if it's cold. Internet everywhere in the house without limits, high speed. The water is drinkable, coming from the mountain springs.
All appliances run on electricity, there is no gas in the house.

I am proud to name this house which comes to me from my grandparents, keeping its name well known to everyone in the village: La Casa Henriques, this house which has all been restored to the taste of the day is ready to welcome you with all its charm and comfort.
The house is on the main street of the village, close to everything, with beautiful mountain views, rear and front windows on each floor for excellent light and ventilation.

“Erada” is a small rural village, at the foot of the highest mountain in Portugal, Serra da Estrela. Site of rest and tranquility of the most zen, if you want to get away from stress, live in harmony with nature, visit the small villages in the surroundings which are full of history, discover a side of Portugal which deserves and deserves to be known. You will fall in love for sure. Next to spring baths 15 min by car Unhais da Serra, close to Covilha town, if you want more activities, Spain Guarda about 1h30, Figueira da Foz and Mira beaches about 1h30, even Lisbon is not so far a 3h by car.

This house is really for people who want to recharge their batteries in nature, go picnicking in the mountains, take long walks in and around the village, discover good local food, meet inspiring people and a real kindness… Leave the daily stress of the city, even the beaches which are not easy and often crowded, come and discover another way of life, another kind of inspiring, relaxing holiday.
