Excellent condo in a great location
We loved our stay at this beachfront condominium! The place is spacious and immaculately clean. The maid service was an added bonus that I've never had at a VRBO before. One of our favorite things was to just sit in the hammock on the balcony and enjoy the view overlooking the pool and beach. We also loved Tortugas next door for lunch or an early dinner (they close early). The place is very quiet and relaxing and well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown (although it's a short drive if that's your thing). I highly recommend taking some of the many tours available from the island. We enjoyed a diving trip, a snorkeling boat tour, a mainland trip to Tulum and Coba, and a jeep tour to the Jade Cavern cenote. Lupita kindly helped us get set up with some tours.

Great Vacation spot!
Our group of five stayed in the condo with plenty of room to roam! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and seating are all comfortable. The veranda was a popular meeting place for coffee in the mornings! The only reason I rated the overall a 4 was because of one problem we had. Janet was very quick to respond and diligently worked at resolving the problem. We were able to overcome the problem and were more than happy with her cooperation. She’s a great host and the condo is very nice! Thank you for hosting our group Janet.

Perfect Place
We absolutely loved this place! The location was amazing! Right on a private beach with great snorkeling. It is out of the busy downtown area but close enough to run to Mega for supplies. Tortugas next door was a very convenient place for our SCUBA and fishing guides to pick us up. We snorkeled for hours right off the beach and the pool was refreshing as well. There are little shops next door with great selection of souvenirs and nice people. We rented scooters for the week but taxis were easy to find. Julio starts work at 3:00 when other taxis start to be harder to find +52 987 112 8697 The condo is spacious with lots of room for us to spread out. The decks are amazing and we loved watching the ocean while eating breakfast or taking a nap in the hammock. The place is decorated very nicely and the kitchen is equipped with all we needed to prepare meals. Lupita was easy to communicate with and allowed for flexibility with check in and out times. She was there to answer questions and provide advice. The maids did a fabulous job of cleaning while we were there and the grounds and pool are cleaned each day. If you want to dive or go on a private snorkeling tour, I suggest you have Dennis pick you up at Tortugas. He grew up on the island and knows all the great spots. He is very personable and was great with my 13 year old that has only been diving for a year. +52 987 878 2460 So much more I could say about how great this place is!! We plan to return for sure!!

Owner of property very nice and great to work with. Had some miss communications with on site property manager but it all work out. Condo is right on the beach and great for two couples. Not a party place and that was great with us. Would have no issues with renting again.

Loved the place! Perfect for our family of 5. Great beach and snorkeling, dive boat picked us up right at Tortugas pier ( with permission). Bit tricky finding a taxi at night, we utilized local cab company who we had to call or prearrange. Lupita the host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact for any issues/ communication. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Love staying at Paradise Condos
This is the 4th time we have stayed at Paradise Condos and the 2nd time at this property. The location is great-close enough to get a reasonably-priced taxi ride into town, but away from the crowds. The condo has plenty of room for my husband and I and our 4 adult children. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever cooking you want to do and it is helpful to have a washer and dryer available. Beach towels are provided and there are plenty of beach toys and snorkel equipment available. The condo was cleaned twice during our one-week stay which is appreciated. We also enjoy the seating and hammock on the patio in the mornings and evenings,enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The snorkeling is good off the beach, and you can arrange many activities through Tortugas or Playa Uva’s which are on either side of the condo. We appreciate that the property owner provides 5-gallon bottles of water. Our only challenge came when our request for additional water took 48 hours (and 4 text messages) to be addressed by the property manager and her assistant, and we had to purchase water from tortugas because we totally ran out. Other requests were handled in a more reasonable timeframe. We will definitely be staying at Paradise next time we come to Cozumel and would certinalt consider this condo again!

Great stay
This was a great location for us - far enough outside of San Miguel to enjoy the quite, but not too far away. The condo was as stated, communication with Rachel (owner) was always quick, and Lupita (host) was really great. Any issue that came up they were quick to address. Right on the beach w/ a small pool to watch the sunsets from. Nestled between two beach bars for a quick breakfast or lunch. Both places seemed to close around 6pm and didn't notice any noise during the evening. Small property and quiet. Seemed like the beach bar's to the south of us was a main pick up spot for diving and other tours. We rented a jeep, but noticed several taxis in the area but I think taxis had to be arranged via phone/app and I am sure Lupita would help point you in the right direction. She also offered to help arrange tours, etc. Wifi was good and the condo had anything that you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family location
This condo was perfect for our family of five. The bedrooms were spacious, living room adequate and kitchen just right for our group. The beach and pool were just steps away from our room which allowed the kids to wander a bit together. Snorkeling was fun and during a night snorkel we saw an octopus and sting ray. The location of this condo was about 10-15 minutes from San Miguel and most of the activities that we participated in. Janet was very responsive to all my inquiries leading up to this stay, while Lupita was helpful while we were at the location. They also helped line up COVID testing which was helpful. I would recommend this condo and hope to return someday!

Enjoyed our stay!
We were here for Ironman Cozumel and the location was ideal for the race logistics. I was able to walk to the race that morning which made it convenient that we didn’t have to take a taxi or shuttle. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Could’ve used a few more wash rags and towels. Other than that it was great. Something to consider is transportation… The condo is about 5mi from town. May want to consider a rental car as taxis are a bit sparse that far out of town. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend!

Great Stay!
My husband, myself and our 2 young adult children had an excellent stay at Janet's condo. The location is great with snorkeling right off the beach. Don't forget your water shoes as there are rocks as you enter the water - this is Cozumel after all! Janet provides snorkeling equipment and plenty of beach towels so no need to pack. Tortuga's next door has a very friendly staff and we were able to conveniently rent a Jeep to explore the island. If you don't rent a car for your entire stay, we found it reasonably easy to find taxis to get in and out of San Miguel and to the supermarket (around $12 each trip). Lupita who manages the property welcomed us and made herself available if we had questions during our stay. Would highly recommend this condo!

Perfect location for Dive Trip
The condo itself is not right on the beach, it is the last of three separate condos in the complex however it has an amazing view of the water. We actually liked the location as it was easy to get your luggage and groceries to the unit and far enough away from the music from the adjacent restaurants that it wasn't "in your face" noisy, just in case you need a siesta. Roberta's Dive Shack (5 stars!!) picked us up from the pier at the restaurant and it was just perfect. After diving, we could just pull up a table and enjoy a cold beverage and some good pico. Another plug for RDS - Dive master Juan was awesome for our newly certified divers. The unit has everything you can imagine and a lot of things that you didn't know you needed (a hat, yoga mats, snorkelling gear, etc). The kitchen is well equipped for those (like us) who like to cook and save a little bit of money at least for lunch. The condo pool and grounds were cleaned daily quite meticulously. There is even a grill available on site.

Paradise!
We are so grateful for our experience at this property at Paradise Condominiums. This property was spacious, clean, safe, and welcoming. There were plenty of beach towels, bathing towels, clean water, and a large capacity washer and dryer. The view of the sea was lovely, and with a short walk to shore, you could watch fabulous sunsets every evening. We were there six nights with maid service twice! A restaurant/bar Tortugas was right next door with excellent food and friendly service. Your dive boat could pick you up from the Tortugas dock. The property was quiet and family oriented. The property owner was available for any questions and to address any issues during your stay. Thank you!

I stayed here with two of my friends. Janet was super helpful before we left and Lupita was great once we arrived. I think we picked the perfect beach front location. Quiet, clean, comfortable. There was a great little restaurant next door and some super cool places close by. We rented a car and got around great! I would go back and stay here anytime!!!

Great Family Vacation Place
We absolutely loved the condo and location! We will never stay in a resort again. The condo was even better in-person than the vrbo photos portrayed . The condo had plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers with fantastic ocean views. Great beach and snorkeling for entire family!
The best family vacation we’ve ever had! This 3 bed/2 bath condo was perfect for our family of 6. Two of the bedrooms and the living room lead out to the ocean view balcony, It was great to be so close to the beach and pool, especially with four kids. The beachfront private ocean entrance had some of the best snorkeling I’ve found in 20 years of visiting the island and was calm enough for our 3 year old to walk right in and snorkel. Among the many amenities, the condo also had snorkel gear to borrow if you don’t bring your own. The beach and pool all have tons of seating for just the small condo complex so you always have a great chair with a great view. While we went out to eat for most meals, it was great to have a full kitchen and dining area along with a table on the patio for a late breakfast or for the kids to grab snacks throughout the day. We enjoyed the small restaurant, Tortugas, next door. There were trampolines and water slides for the kids and our diving and parasailing boats picked us up right there. We rented a jeep for our trip and there was always plenty of available parking at any time of day or night. Our kids loved watching the big iguana come out every morning from under the sidewalk leading to the parking lot. They could watch from the master bedroom balcony. The manager and cleaning staff were extremely helpful throughout our entire trip with anything we needed. One of my favorite things was the huge tub and the soft, fluffy bath and beach towels. We can’t wait to book our next stay there!

Perfect for divers!
The location and amenities are perfect for divers. This condo can easily accommodate 6. It was very clean and the views from the balcony were outstanding. On site parking was a plus. There is a restaurant, Tortuga’s, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is literally only a thirty second walk from the property. Tortuga’s also has a pier from which dive shops will pick you up. Whether you are a family looking for a peaceful getaway or a group of divers looking for a great place to stay, this condo will fit your needs.

Fantastic option in Cozumel!
There were other options we seriously considered for this trip, but the location and value this condo offered we chose it for our stay. We are so happy we did!! We surprised our friend for her birthday and this condo turned out to be better than we’d expected. We were greeted by Lèon, one of the property mgrs team members. He was polite, walked us through the working of the unit quickly but thoroughly and checked on us through the week to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The owner is also very attentive and quick to reply to any questions. We are saving this one to our favorites list because we would stay here again anytime. comfortable condo in a peaceful location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property owner provided good advice, the condo is convenient, ocean beautiful in a peaceful area south of town, and the price was reasonable. Traffic could be a headache getting in/out of town when cruise ships were active, but the rest of the island was great. Beautiful fish right off shore although there isn't much living coral. All suggested improvements are minor: new shower heads, missing garbage instructions , dryer needs a tune-up, ladder on the bunkbeds needs repair. All in all it was great for our family. Thank you.

Fantastic property!
Loved it...! The good: HUGE condo with gobs of room at a great price. Clean and adorable...nice new fridge and stove, easy parking, great beach and PLENTY of extras...coolers, beach towels, water toys and washer and dryer. Room for improvement: Kitchen sink faucet is barely hanging on to life, no hot water in second bathroom shower, beds are VERY firm. No big deal...overall, a GREAT place and would definitely rent again!

This condo was everything advertised and so much more.
Upon our arrival we found this condo to be neat as a pin and stocked with almost everything we needed. We hit the water almost immediately. Plenary of towels and snorkeling equipment at the apartment. We found the snorkeling to be amazing. There were so many fish and so many variety of fish. You could walk right out into the water and did not need to go anywhere else. The water was crystal clear and so blue. Just beautiful. The balcony offered excellent views and a nice respite from the sun if you got to warm. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Just remember your bug spray, the mosquitoes were very active. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. Once again, there were an abundance of towels for showering. So no need to bring any linens, blankets or towels. We were able to spend one day at The Dolphin Discovery. It was within walking distance and very much worth your while. The dolphins are the big attraction. But, the sea lions were a lot of fun as well. One interesting thing was that many of the places nearby were only open when the cruise ships were in port. Which meant that the restaurants in walking distance were closed around 5:00 or 6:00. So, plan to go into town to eat or cook in the well stocked kitchen. We actually enjoyed the quiet in thr evening after the ships left. It was like having your own private beach. As advertised in the listing you really can pack lightly. Bathing suits, a few outfits and your own personal items. Otherwise everything is there and the full size washer and dryer made it very convenient. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Great location. Great beach.
The location was great. The beach is great for snorkelling and swimming. It is next to tour operators who provide snorkelling, kayaking, fishing, and jeep tours. It is withinin walking distance to one of the National parks and a few restaurants.Taxis are easy to get. The condo itself is clean, spacious, and has a great view. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. The laundry room is equipped with plenty of snorkel geer. The kitchen needs more light as it's hard to see what your cooking and the water pressure in the shower was so low, I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair. Other than that, I would recommend this rental.

The water pressure issue has certainly been addressed. The minerals are quite strong and build up occasionally in the shower heads. The property managers have been instructed to continuously check them for replacement as necessary. I always appreciate any advise and for my guests to report any items such as this - it helps make my condo as comfortable as possible for future guests.

This is our third visit. There was a storm the night we arrived: the workers cleared the rocks from beach. Not certain why they left the seaweed behind. It could have been easily racked. Otherwise, the grounds are well kept. This is a good location. Snorkeling never disappoints. Maid came by twice during the week; cleaned the bathrooms and washed our towels. Torgugas broke the rules and served a family while sitting in the Condo’s beach chairs. They were obviously with a Tortugas tour. Stay at this condo is always a positive experience.

This condo is very clean and in order. Everything works! Private beach. Snorkeling was fun!
We met the owner while we were there: that was a bonus. Comfortable beds. Plenty clean towels. Everything works! The only thing lacking were beach chairs. Beautiful Condo!
We so enjoyed are stay at this wonderfully maintained roomy condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and looking at the gorgeous view of the ocean. Comes fully equipped with everything you could imagine. The only thing we had to buy was soap for shower and good of course!

Our Experience Matched the Property's Description
We enjoyed the location and amenities of the property. The unit was spacious so we could spread out. As long as you are not expecting to see scenes from "Finding Nemo", the snorkeling is interesting, especially when we used an underwater photographer from the Uvas Beach Club next door to help us spot interesting sea life and explain what we were seeing. We felt safe exploring the island and San Miguel. Our two teenager daughters and our college-aged daughter took advantage of many photo ops, and they enjoyed our time at the property and in Cozumel.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient
Pictures are just as it looks. Snorkeling off our private beach had crystal clear water with plenty of fish. Mega grocery store about 15 minutes away with everything you need at great prices. Spent a day on the east side of island at Chin Rio, only beach we found you didn't have to pay to stay besides the Condo's beach. Also spent a day in Playa Del Carmen via 45 minute ferry to the mainland. Trip included Tulum and Tankah. The zip lines were AMAZING and so much fun. We hope to come back soon
