Just book it … You will NOT be sorry!!!
This house and location are AMAZING!! The house is gorgeous and the location is spectacular! Right on the beach … literally steps away! The view from every bedroom is breathtaking! Three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. All overlooking the pool & beach! The house is in a gated community with 24 hour guard on duty … very safe! Cleanliness of the house and grounds were impeccable! Sumey (the housekeeper) and Gerry (the groundskeeper) always kept everything spotless!! We aren’t sure, but we think Gerry has ESP … because he somehow always seemed to pop by to see how we were doing just as we realized we needed something! Too funny!! We had 3 couples staying at the house and we never once felt on top of each other or the need to “get away”. We hardly wanted to leave the house because it was so perfect! If you get the chance, book at least one day of the poolside service … you won’t regret it!! Eddie & Nancy from Sandra’s kitchen were fantastic… and the homemade sauces, pico, and beans were phenomenal!!! Also, Eddie makes killer drinks!! We were SPOILED when Eddie & Nancy were around!! Also, if you question about adding Sandra the Concierge as an additional service to your stay, do not hesitate!! She was amazing at making recommendations, getting us reservations at restaurants, taxi service during Carnival (insanely crazy time in Cozumel), and even scheduled couples massages for all of us on the beach on Valentine’s Day! This is by far the BEST place to stay!!

Villa del Sole was a lovely villa in a nice neighborhood. The villa is an older villa but is maintained well. The beds are comfy and the linens and towels are nice. The cleaning lady does an amazing job and even helped clean up after a big wind storm. I highly recommend Sandra’s chefs services. The food was delicious and their staff was amazing. It was also nice having them since the villa does not have a dishwasher. I also recommend the luxury boat rentals we had a great day with Noel our captain,whose Mom coincidentally was our Chef in the house. I wish the pool got more sun, hence the water was cold, but the beach was nice. Not a huge deal but the lighting needs to be updated. Over all it was a great week.

This property was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 9. It was very accommodating for our range of ages. The location was perfect. The beach was phenomenal. We did not utilize the cooking service as we had 4 kids that don’t eat anything. We did most of the cooking. Grocery shopping was close. The maid service was right on everything. Would definitely return.

We had a great time at the house. Everything from Check in to check out went smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend the chef services for the stay. We had Annie and she was incredible! We even added on meals because we enjoyed her more than going out!

Perfect for a girls trip!!
Villa del Sol was amazing! We had 10 women stay for a 60th birthday celebration. The Villa was just as described. Just feet away from the beach. Great pool area too! We were so spoiled by our chefs Jorge and Fernanda. The food prepared for us was incredible and we had so much fun getting to know them. Highly recommend!! Gerry was available for anything we needed around the Villa and kept the outside area is perfect condition for us. Maria visited every day for housekeeping. It was a special week for all of us. We loved it and will be back!!!

So Relaxing
This has to be one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever been on. We had a pool and the beach right out the back door. We had a chef come in and didn't have to lift a finger. The food was better than any all-inclusive! Such a beautiful home for adults or children.

What a beautiful property!! The house is exactly as listed. We were greeted by Gerry upon arrival, very helpful and welcoming! We had everything we needed and more. One piece of advice, spend the money and hire Sandra’s kitchen to prepare your meals. Lucy and Maria were incredible and extremely easy to work with. Communication through the entire process was impeccable.

Gorgeous Property In Cozumel
It is not a surprise that this villa is booked up so far in advance. This is hands down the best property that I have encountered on the island. The staff was always there to take care of all of your needs. We had the chef option which was a nice perk for the property as they provided all fresh ingredients daily, each meal was on point and we absolutely will visit again. Rented Deluxe Boat 40' for Cielo, tripped around the island and had the time of our lives with friends. Always to arrive back to a beautiful space. I would give this property and staff a 10! Exceptional.

Gorgeous Property!!
I can't say enough about this pristine house! Clean, modern, well kept! Loved Gerry raking the sand every morning and Suemy cleaning the house all week! I would recommend bug spray for the NO See Ums if you're out at dawn or dusk. I keep racking my brain on anything I'd want to hear about before I stayed but really the only things I can think of are handrails (shower, pool, stairs) they didn't affect us really but after a few cocktails it may have been safer lol. We took cabs everywhere and it added up quick. The neighbors/renters in the sister villa were super friendly and we used each other's paddle boards. I left some floaties for the pool for the next guests. There are some spices for cooking and containers with lids for leftovers. Also the water machine is like your standard 5 gallon water cooler here at an office so no need to buy extra water (we found out the hard way). Booking, check in and departure were super easy! Thank you again for a wonderful time!

Beautiful house!
We rented this house for a family vacation that we take every year. This was our first time in Cozumel and it was great. We usually go to the Bahamas because we don’t like the crowds but the adult kids wanted more excitement so they chose to go there. I found this house and thought that the pictures looked to good to be true but to our surprise it’s exactly like it shows! The grounds man Gerry, who was awesome, kept everything so clean. They yard was beautiful and private and was very safe. We had plenty of room to lounge around in without feeling like we were on top of each other. The daily house keeping was also nice and she always had the most beautiful smile on her face. Sorry I don’t know how to spell her name but she was wonderful. My daughter decided a couple of months before going that her and her fiancé wanted to get married in Cozumel. We scrambled to get more accommodations for people and they ended having another property that was available in the same area so everything worked out great. Couldn’t be happier with the vacation and will definitely be back and will stay at one of the luxury properties.

The house was beautiful and we had amazing sunset views every night. The ocean in front of the house did have some seaweed, but it's about a 7min walk to a beautiful, clear beach that was so fun for snorkeling. The beds were a little on the firm side, but that's my only real complaint.

Communication was wonderful prior to our stay. Lots of island info. Everyone should definitely have Sandra’s kitchen cook for you. The on site manager was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed Villa del Sol.

As Advertised to the Letter
The support staff Miss Lucy, Gerry and our daily cleaning lady IS the reason we'll come back - they were so nice and anything we needed they went over board to help us. Now the house was beautiful and described correctly. We would recommend having Miss Lucy cook all meals - we're weren't impress with the dining there other than on the east side of the island which is a "must see" and speaking of that we also highly recommend renting a car - it's just easier than the Taxi service. Shopping is easy but it's not the values we were used to due to the number of cruise ships that hit Cozumel there ALL the time. The pool and beach was spotless thanks to Gerry We WILL go back mainly because we all loved Miss Lucy she was like family and we all hugged and had a tear or two because we didn't want to leave her, Gerry and the house but mostly Miss Lucy

Perfect Vaca Spot!
This is the perfect vacation get-a-away! The location is right on the beach, just steps from the sand. Housekeeper cleans everything everyday & property manager makes sure everything is satisfactory, he even grooms the sand in front of the villa. This is our second time to stay here & looking forward to number 3 in the future! 5 stars!

Amazing property
This property was amazing. From the first time you walk in and see the ocean. The house is well laid out and it was perfect for our large family of 7 adults and two toddlers. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and they are very spacious. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and just hanging out. Would definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful location! We had a wonderful time. Definitely have Lucy cool for you. I had low expectations but every meal was excellent! We have picky eaters even. The only thing this home needs is better and more seating in the main room. Maybe a hot tub?!

Amazing property
Fulvio, his staff and the property were all top notch. The location was perfect and just absolutely stunning. The kids loved the beach and the pool and the amenities (kayak, beach toys). We are already looking forward to coming back! Also I recommend using Sandra's Kitchen as well.

Amazing stay!!!
Everything about Villa Del Sol was breathtaking. Even with 5 days of rain (out of 7), we still greatly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I had our two teens (who each brought a friend) and our preteen stay there. Even in the rain, we all enjoyed the pool and the ocean. There was plenty of room inside to play games, watch movies, or just enjoy some quiet time in your own relaxing room. The groundskeepers and housekeepers were thorough, friendly and professional. Their recommended taxi service went above and beyond by waiting for us as we enjoyed excursions or the downtown area! I will add, if you are parents of little ones (toddlers), you’ll need to keep an extra eye on them. There are no railings on the inside stairs, no bathtubs, lots of gorgeous sculptures to break and uninhibited access to the pool and beach. We LOVED that aspect; but if my kids were smaller and more ‘into things’, I would have been one stressed out mama. But, for us...this was a DREAM!!!! Thank you Ronen and staff!!!

The home is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. View is breathtaking. Ronen is extremely helpful and truly wants you to have an incredible vacation. Ronen refers you to Fulvio who lives in Cozumel and he helps with coordinating anything you want/need for your trip from grocery shopping, chef, driver, covid test, masseuse and so much more. Everything was super easy and so convenient. You just show up and have a relaxing, carefree time. I highly recommend chef service. We wanted to eat out too, so we had 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners and 2 days of snacks. Everything was amazing and made for you right there in the kitchen each day. There is a maintenance/pool caretaker that lives onsight who was there if you need anything as well. Cozumel was beautiful, safe and so much to do. Get out on the water! Our best day was renting the boat, snorkeling and just being out on the amazing water. Breathtaking! Will definitely return in the future! Thank you, Ronen!!

One of the best!
This is simply one of the best experiences I've ever had with a VRBO property! From the great communication by Ronen, Sandra and Fulvio, to their wonderful 5-star hospitality, this property is a must-see. We enjoyed the daily housekeeping staff and the amazing chef team, Eddy and Nancy! The pictures are exactly what you get with a modern and well-taken care of home right on a secluded beach that are steps off the pool. The kitchen was very well appointed with all that we needed for some of the meals we made ourselves. And, you walk out to your beach to watch sunsets each night that are a picture-perfect angle with sundowners in-hand. The location was an easy taxi or drive from the airport and we walked from the house to beach-front bars and restaurants. Cozumel is clean and a very safe part of Mexico in my view. I highly recommend this VRBO and consider the chef-prepared meals a must to experience.

Unique experience
This is an outstanding villa, well maintained on a perfect stretch of beach. It is only a short drive from downtown, and opposite the golf course. It is impeccably clean, and thoroughly serviced every day. Coming from California, what was most impressive was how strictly the local population adhered to mask/sanitizer rules, with temps checked at every restaurant and store along with disinfectant trays for shoe bottoms. More than that the local people could never be seen without a mask. We felt much safer than at home, especially as the island has only seen 58 cases from the outset. About half of restaurants were open. Most ocean front stores near the cruise terminal were closed, as no cruise ships had started to visit. What was best of all, and the most relaxing vacation ever, was the very low number of tourists. We literally had an entire beach to ourselves 95% of the time. Pure heaven, like owning your own island. No need to be nervous anywhere. Quite the contrary.

My family and I just spent 10 days at Villa del Sol. The home was everything you could want. Views from everyroom! Thanks to Fulvio and Sandra and their team, we were very well taken care of. Don’t Hesitate to Book
We stayed at Villa Sara for a week of diving in Cozumel. Ronen, the owner, is the most accommodating and pleasant owners I have worked with. This property was immaculate and well stocked with high end bedding and kitchenware. We had a staff of workers (lovely family) keeping the grounds and home immaculate and we hired Sandi and Jorge as chefs. What a treat! Villa Sara is brand new with a private dock with lounge chairs. We truly enjoyed this private oasis with our friends. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to rent any of the villas Ronen owns in Cozumel.

Blissful paradise!
A gorgeous villa with a great property manager in town, cleaning lady, gardener and wonderfully responsive owner. I was worried about airport noise, but didn’t hear or see one airplane. Great Race Week!
Came to Villa del Sol with my family for 5 days leading into the Ironman Cozumel. The villa was spectacular and in a wonderful location on the north end of the island. The hosts (Fulvio and Sandra) were incredibly responsive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed (including a 10pm request for a 5am cab ride!). Will absolutely come back and stay here when my travels bring me back to Cozumel!!!

AWESOME HOUSE
First, the house is beautiful! Layout and flow is ideal for a family, or several families. We went with three couples, and each had their own space. The outdoor space and pool is magical. Second, the location was very convenient, and just a few miles from town. I'd recommend renting a car, as it's much more convenient than dealing with taxis. Next, and I should've started with this, but do yourself a favor and book Sandra's Kitchen to cook your meals. They did our shopping, designed a meal plan, cooked incredible meals, were flexible if we booked an excursion and were a pleasure to have around. This was a highlight! And, the maintenance and grounds keeping were also top notch. Watching them reset the grounds each morning and raking the beach each morning was like having your own personal life-sized zen garden. Final thought, if you're booking this unit for the roof terrace and views, you'll be disappointed. It's closed. We'll be back.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The house, pool and beach were exactly as pictured and described. The house is located on the north end of the island in a secluded subdivision that is about a 10 minute cab ride to town. Although we rented a car, we did call cabs when we went to dinner or went out. There is a binder in the house with cab numbers, and we never had a problem when we called for one. Fulvio was very help and accommodating when I contacted him about a package we had arriving or the need for early check in as our party arrived at different times. The house itself had everything we needed, and was kept spotless daily. The beach was pristine, and the water beautiful. There were a few patches of sea grass growing, but very little. We did have 2 days when the water had seaweed when the winds shifted, but that is beyond anyone’s control. If I could give this house more stars I would. We will definitely be back!
