Vacation home for 14 people, 10 minutes from the beach

A large 280-square-meter farmhouse in Crac’h, ideally located for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan, the La Trinité-sur-Mer region, and Quiberon Bay. Just 10 minutes from the beaches and the Auray TGV station, 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Nantes or Rennes airports, in a charming little hamlet—a true haven of peace in the heart of wooded countryside, yet close to the sea.

The house is well-equipped for one or more families to enjoy a relaxing vacation where everyone can have their own quiet space, breathe in the sea air, and recharge—or work remotely.

It features a large 45-square-meter living-dining room, a second living room, a game room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen; a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Thermomix, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, ironing board and iron, 2 high chairs, a baby swing, a playpen, DVDs and a DVD player, books, toys, and board games are all available.

The house has 8 bedrooms with new, hotel-quality bedding. Your beds will be made upon arrival according to your requested arrangement.
A 1,500 m² enclosed garden with a children’s swing set, outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and a Weber grill.
A covered patio and a small outbuilding are also available, complete with outdoor games (ping-pong table, Molky, and pétanque).

The house does not have Wi-Fi but features a very reliable 4G network regardless of your carrier, allowing for seamless remote work—we’ve tested it ourselves!

Weekly rentals; weekend rentals available (excluding school holidays). Prices vary by season, starting at €1,300. No pets. Non-smoking home.
