'The house had everything you could need. '

'A lovely little cottage. Clean, cosy with a few little luxuries. Only issues were - it is advertised as sleeps 5 on book a bach but only has bedding for 4, however the owner happily sorted an airbed. Toilet paper and dishwashing liquid were in short supply, so we bought our own. However, we would still recommend and stay again.'

'A quaint self contained and well positioned cottage that allows immersion into country life with steers over the fence and chooks running around - great for a bit of entertainment! Obviously a well loved home which was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and comfortable sleep. '

'A wonderful stay in a very beautiful place. We loved it and would love to come back again. Easy check in, great kitchen and close to skiing, ice skating, great golf and the restaurant was delicious. Very warm and cosy '

'The unit we rented was very hard to locate and the lock box didnt work. The host included a map, but wasnt clear to us in the dark where to go. The roads are hard to locate and GSP doesnt take you to the unit. There were no food markets and the clubhouse was closed the whole time we stayed there. Which was the only place to get food. Since we couldnt get into our unit with the lock being broken, we had to change units. The host was helpfull- we had to call her many times. '

'Great place to stay only 1 hr out of Christchurch.We woke up to the best view of the mountains right out the bedroom window. Rakaia gorge is beautiful with jetboat walk or swim if you want to brave the cold. Nice relaxing stay for 2 days. I would definitely stay again'
