Stone house in the heart of the town of Craponne-Sur-Arzon close to historical monuments: keep, church, town hall and towers.
The house is ideally located and within a radius of up to an hour's drive allows visits to various emblematic tourist sites: Le Puy-En-Velay, La Chaise-Dieu, the castle of Chalencon, the Himalayan footbridge of Saint Maurice de Lignon (43), Ambert, the natural site of the organs of Montpeloux, the activities of the Parc de Prabouré (63) or Saint-Etienne (42).
The house is also very well placed in its neighborhood for its southern exposure and for its proximity to all amenities. The bus stop serving Le Puy, Saint-Etienne or Brioude is on the nearest square.
The accommodations are composed of an entrance hall leading to a living room and dining room on its right, equipped with a fireplace. Opposite the entrance, a staircase leads to a bathroom and the bedrooms, one of which is arranged with an office space. To the left, in the entrance, is a fitted kitchen around a central island.
We do not offer a cleaning service, the house must be returned in its original condition.
Outside, an enclosed plot of 540 m² includes a carport or motorbike, a private parking space for two vehicles, a terrace and a grassy area (pets are allowed). Access is via an electric gate and intercom. It allows you to arrive independently.
This house can accommodate 6 people (+ extra bed with the sofa bed). A baby cot is available.
Enjoy the outdoor community swimming pool open in July and August located just a few minutes away from the hotel.
One last indication: Wi-Fi connection via fiber available.
