Bed is comfortable, room is super spacious even at the basic level we stayed I gave my rating based off the staff at check in, the room service staff and food quality We never got the welcome drink or explained how the property functions (activities, where to find the lift if the day, room service is by request off your phone, etc). 'While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.'

'The resort was nice but it was a bit far from the central part of Isla Mujeres. Very nice staff and helpful. The pool does need to be maintained more. I noticed slim on the pool tile. The beach side of the hotel is not the best it has a lot of rocks and it’s not a very open areas to swim.'
