'Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.'

'Clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast as good as any place else. Small dining rooms. Parking was ok. No easy way to breakfast had to stay on backside of hotel and walk up steep hill to front or get in car and drive around. Hard for my disabled daughter.'

'The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice.'

'The beds have some type of metal skirt around the bottoms of them. Which can be noisy any time you move. One of our beds also sounded like it had a broken spring in it. When we checked in the young lady proudly said her cousin had just stayed in the room she put us in so she knew it was top notch clean (I didn't understand that unless she left a mess) but all of us had black feet and socks from the filth on the linoleum floor. 'I'm glad they gave us conjoined rooms, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The ac worked well. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, there were many options! We also enjoyed the pool table :)'

'Everything was very nice. We used the two pools, the exercise room, ate at the buffet breakfast, and had afternoon cookies and tea. The Victorian Room was nice to sit in to read. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only item that was a bit odd was the small bathroom area, but it was okay. We would most likely book here again when visiting Branson.'

'The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.'
