'Las almohadas pésimo olor, los baños sin casi nada de aseo.personal, el desayuno disculpe lo peor agotado pan porq estaba congelado, todo el momento pidiéndole todas las personas porq todo agotado, la señora q atendía el desayuno también estaba en recepción y ayuda en aseo y el hotel lleno como no pagan personal'

'Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.'

'The first thing that pleased me about the hotel was the friendliness and attention of the staff to my needs. I had come into town early and asked if it would be possible to have an early check in, and the employee immediately began to work to accommodate the request. In less than an hour I was able to check in. The room was fabulous, no problems and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers in and around Saraland. Five stars!!!!'
