'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk.
Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '

'When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day.
Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful.
Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location.
Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast."
Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

'This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked.
However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me.
No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed.
Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention.
Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.'

'Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!'

However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.'

'A cleaning staff Took my medication out of the fridge It had my name on it clearly and it costs $10000 a month. The front desk clerk was no help at all and treated me very rudely. Did not call a manager did not call the cleaning staff that left for the day already. He was not concerned at all. I don't think he's cut out for that sort of job he had no empathy for my situation whatsoever. Completely blew me off and acted like it was all my fault.
