Crescent View-Kom genieten van vissen, kajakken of gewoon ontspannen-Dock-10 Slaapplaatsen

Deze eigenschap is een uniek waterfront juweeltje! De onlangs gekocht en gerenoveerd huis werd gebouwd op Baisdens Bluff die het mogelijk maakt de meest geweldige uitzicht op de rivier Crescent en moerassen. Het is gunstig gelegen op 40 minuten van de luchthaven Savannah. St. Simon's Island, Darien, Shellman Bluff en Sapelo Island zijn allemaal dicht in de buurt en leuk om te verkennen.

Terwijl binnen, het huis is voorzien van openslaande deuren over de rug naar het landschap te genieten. De slaapkamer heeft een king size bed, grote flatscreen-tv met de Apple TV bekijken, en ramen die uitkijken op de schilderachtige rivier. Een groot bad en een douche met dubbele koppen zijn extra functies aan de master badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed en tv voor de gasten genieten. Een derde slaapkamer beneden geschikt voor vier in twee sets van stapelbedden en is een leuke plek voor de kinderen om te slapen. Er is een extra badkamer met een bad / douche moet worden gedeeld tussen deze twee slaapkamers. Boven vindt u een vierde slaapkamer met een queen size bed en een badkamer met een ouderwetse klauw voet bad / douche. Elk van de kamers is prachtig ingericht en accessorized voor uw extra comfort.

De woonkamer is ontworpen als een open plattegrond met een gewelfd plafond. Het bevat veel zitplaatsen voor het hele gezin te genieten en een flatscreen-tv met de Apple TV bekijken. Een andere prachtige eigenschap is een overdekt swingende bed gunstig gelegen in een hoekje te lezen. De vernieuwde keuken is voorzien van alle nieuwe roestvrij apparaten en moderne betonnen werkbladen om de look compleet. Het overdekte eettafel biedt plaats aan 6 personen en er is aanrechtblad zitplaatsen die een extra vier personen zitplaatsen. De wasruimte is gunstig gelegen naast de keuken en is voorzien van een nieuwe wasmachine en droger. Er is ook een half bad, die gemakkelijk toegankelijk is.

Buiten is er een royale veranda met uitzicht op de rivier en moeras, een terras met picknicktafel en een beschutte veranda met stoelen buiten voor 8. Als u genieten van loungen in de zon, de dock beschikt over een zithoek op het hoogste niveau en er is genoeg ruimte op het benedendek ook. Twee kajaks en een paddle board zijn beschikbaar voor uw plezier evenals zwemvesten. U bent van harte welkom om een ​​motorboot hier dock tijdens uw verblijf. Very pleasant

The house is well-maintained and the owners added little extras to make us feel welcome. We slept 10 very comfortably since we had the right balance of kids and adults. It wasn't bare bones as some rentals are. The master bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely. We would recommend!

Very cool area!

We thoroughly enjoyed this area of Georgia and the location of the house. We brought our boat and had fun going through the marsh rivers to the other islands. It was great just walking out the back door to the beautiful view, dock and access to the waterways. The owner was so helpful with all our navigation questions and very enthusiastic about the area! The house itself needed some serious attention. It needs updating and several things need to be repaired or just attended to. It does have a charming beach cabin type feel.

Birthday trip

It was a great property in a good location. I came to spend the weekend fishing and it rained all but 2 hours of daylight. Rainer Family Crescent River Retreat

An amazing place and a great host. The house is awesome with all amenities we could need. Pat was great about reaching out way ahead of check in date and happy to help with any issues (although there were none). We even asked if he would sell the place to us but as expected he likes it too much as we did. We will be back!! My wife asked if we could go back for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break!! Great Week!

We had a wonderful stay! We have never had a more attentive owner for any vacation home we have rented. Mr. Tap was amazing. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for all of us to roam. Wedding Stay

We were atria wedding in in the area and didn’t want to stay in a hotel so this housewarming perfect. The view of the marsh was beautiful and the breeze on the veranda was so relaxing. I heartily recommend this home to everyone. Also it was very convenient to interstate 95.

Another Relaxing Trip

My family has stayed in this house many times and each time has been a wonderful experience. Mr. Parker is great to work with and is very hospitable. Gorgeous views, we love to kayak and fish. Deep water lot if you want to bring a boat. B had the huge (probably been there a while) sheep head on the line but the fish broke loose before we could net it. Maybe next time!

Incredible location overlooking the salt marsh. The home was large w space for a big group. We are already planning another stay w more family. The location provided access to day trips to St Simon Island, a tour to Sapelo Island, and just an hour to Savannah. Well equipped kitchen was great, we like to cook. Fire pit and the BBQ grill were handy as well. Very comfortable for relaxing at the house on a rainy day. Overall, an exceptional experience. Padding is dolphins will be a memory we will have forever

Beautiful place to stay with comfortable, clean beds and furniture. Lots of room in the house and ample restrooms for a crowd. Gorgeous view of the river and marsh through the back door with the sturdy dock for crabbing/fishing. Just a wonderful stay for our family and the homeowner is very responsive and helpful. perfect for girls weekend

Crescent View is a nice house in an incredible setting. The home is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The mattresses are of good quality and there's lots of indoor and outdoor space. But the backyard overlooking the marsh is magic. We were five adult women and had a great time cooking together, doing puzzles, getting out the kayaks and reading/napping. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you!!

Better than expected!

I stayed here with my 2 grown children and their partners over Christmas. We had plenty of seating and a wonderful table where we could enjoy meals, games and a puzzle. The most stunning thing about this house, though, is the view. The minute you come through the front door the marsh is the main attraction. Opposite the front door is a bank of windows showcasing the spectacular view of the marsh down below. The marsh is the star of this house! I enjoyed the sunrise on the back porch every morning while my “kids” slept in, and we all enjoyed the moonrise while sitting around the fire pit at night. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Fantastic house for a small reunion

The house was beautiful and open. All five of us had plenty of room for our long weekend. The view of the marsh was so beautiful. We watched the sun rise every morning and even got to see the full moon rise over the marsh. We had a really wonderful trip.

“Crescent View”5511 HW99in Townsend GA. Is beautiful, well maintained and within 10 min. of Shellmans Bluff which is where we met our fishing guide. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, real fireplace. It is wonderful. I will go back for sure.

Low Country Beauty

The house and property were perfect. Tap, the owner was very helpful with giving us information on places to go and restaurants to try. We had a total of 8 adults and 2 children and everyone had a blast. I loved that the home was in a remote and quiet area, yet close enough to beaches and restaurants. We took the ferry and did a tour of Sapelo Island. We went to Fort King George. We stopped into Peach World for some goodies and also checked out the Tiny Church. We went to Brunswick on a rainy day and went bowling and played indoor blacklight mini golf. We visited Jekyll Island Beach for a day and also made a stop to see driftwood beach on the island. We visited St. Simon's Island for shopping and went to Fort Frederica. We ate at Hunter's Cafe in Shellman Bluff, Skippers Seafood Camp in Darien, Altman's Restaurant in Townsend and Mudcat Charlie's in Brunswick. We were going to pop into Savannah but decided to spend more time enjoying the comfort and relaxation of the home with fishing and crabbing. Beautiful view and wonderful house & host

This property is amazing with stunning views, privacy and amenities. Tap is an A+ host, he took care of everything we needed and was very helpful and always available. We will definitely stay again if we travel back to that area. Lots of room for everyone and we all had a great time hanging out enjoying the view, kayaking, fishing and even dolphin watching.
