Between the Aravis, Beaufortain and Mont-Blanc massifs, nestled in the heart of the Alps, this 26 m² studio welcomes you for an unforgettable stay! Access to the Espace Diamant with skis and close to all amenities, this accommodation is the ideal place for lovers of skiing and beautiful landscapes!
This charming studio located on the first floor can accommodate up to 4 travelers and consists of a nice living room of 12 m², a fully equipped kitchenette, a night area and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed (160x200), a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A modern and fully equipped kitchenette: refrigerator, dishwasher, combined oven, 4-burner induction cooker, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee pod maker.
- A night area space with a bunk bed (2 beds) and storage space.
- A bathroom with a shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet.

Exterior:
- A terrace in L of 13 m ² to benefit from the beautiful days.
- A ski locker in the basement.

The apartment is ideally located in Crest-Voland, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around the glide is offered to you on the ski area of the Espace Diamant with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging ... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, enjoy hiking, trail running or climbing on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, come and fill up on fresh and local products directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon !

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking lot outside the residence. One space is available for the accommodation.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- The ideal is to come by car. Once on site, you can do everything on foot
- Bike rental in the resort.
- La Logère chairlift at 50m.
- La Clusaz bus station located 27 km away (40 min by car), line 23 and 24.
- Albertville train station located at 25 km (30 min by car) : by TGV to Albertville (transfer by bus in 40 minutes) from Paris, Nantes, Strasbourg, Lille.
- Annecy Mont-Blanc airport located at 58 km (1h14 by car).

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival.
- The accommodation does not have a raclette machine. However, you can borrow one free of charge when you buy your cheeses in the village.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.
