Custom home with unobstructed views and a hot tub in Crested Butte South. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Large primary suite with gas fireplace, private deck and TV, 2 queen bedrooms and a den with TV.
The Space:
Enjoy privacy and expansive views at this Crested Butte South property. Imagine long days cavorting in the surrounding mountains and evening watching sunsets, stargazing, and relaxing in the private hot tub.
This property is laid out in a way that creates spaces to congregate or to find solitude. The living space is all on the ground floor and all bedrooms are on the second floor. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen provides everything your group will need to prepare a scrumptious meal. The living room has a large smart TV with streaming capabilities & gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day out in the mountains. The dining table, with ample seating provides a lovely setting for every meal. There is a small private room off the living space-perfect for reading or getting a little work done. The owner has a piano in this room, however, it is not for guests to use. The southwest facing deck has seating, a gas grill and gorgeous, unobstructed views. There are 3 bedrooms: The primary suite has a king bed, large full bath with double vanities and bathtub, a large walk in closet, gas fireplace, TV, and private deck. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. These guestrooms all share a shared full bath. Also on the same floor is a den with a comfy couch and a television. There is a washer/dryer on the premises. This property has a pack n play travel crib and sheets, a crockpot, blender, gas grill and drip coffee maker. There is a 2 car garage and an EV charger. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.
Crested Butte South is a vibrant community located a 10-minute drive from downtown Crested Butte. The house is about half way up the hillside of CB South. Plan on a 15 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte, or 25 minute drive to Mt CB. You're a 5-minute drive to the bus stop (free shuttle to downtown Crested Butte and ski mountain), Red Mountain Park, Camp 4 Coffee and a few eateries. In addition to all that Town and the Mountain has to offer, CB South has an ice rink and groomed Nordic trails in the winter, and endless hiking trails in Cement Creek in the summer. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.
