    Het appartement ondergaat een renovatie die naar verwachting in december 2018 zal zijn voltooid. We zijn verheugd de wijzigingen te zien en zullen de foto's bijwerken zodra het project is voltooid.

    Uw groep van maximaal 10 personen zal deze ruime vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers condo vinden een zeer comfortabele keuze voor uw verblijf in Crested Butte. Of het nu gaat skiën, wandelen, fietsen of genieten van de wilde bloemen, K-304 beschikt over de huiselijke voorzieningen beschikbaar voor een uitstekende 'basiskamp' voor uw berg avonturen, jaar rond zijn. Een grote, open woon-eetkamer is gepland rond een enorme stenen open haard. De walk-through keuken is op ware grootte en heeft een snackbar ook. De belangrijkste woongedeelte heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Boven vindt u een slaapzolder, de 4e slaapkamer en een badkamer te vinden. De unit is volledig ingericht, tot aan het beddengoed en gerechten. Er is ook een wasmachine / droger in het apparaat!

    De Keystone Building wordt ingevoerd op de tweede verdieping. Loop een trap en je K304 bereiken op de 3e verdieping.

    San Moritz is ski-in / ski-out en de Keystone gebouw heeft grote ski-toegang - perfect voor beginners. Uw appartement ligt in de buurt van de westelijke muur lift. Een korte wandeling, ski's aan, en je bent op de piste! Aan het eind van de dag, net beneden skiën naar het gebouw.

    Complexe voorzieningen zijn er zeker van om uw ervaring compleet. Als on-site kantoor en personeel maakt het gemakkelijk om de check-in / out en eventuele vragen die zich voordoen tijdens uw verblijf te beantwoorden. Bij alle verblijven van 4 nachten of meer wordt een schoonmaakdienst aangeboden. In de winter, San Moritz heeft een eigen pendeldienst die is gratis bij uw verblijf. De pendelbus rijdt dagelijks tijdens het ski-seizoen vanaf 08:00 tot middernacht. Ze zullen zelfs ophalen en terugbrengen rechts af buiten uw condo! Tijdens de winter kunt u ook genieten van een duik in het overdekte hot tub. De sauna is het hele jaar geopend! Voor extra gemak, elk gebouw heeft 2 wasmachines en drogers voor de gasten. Alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel verblijf!

Parking was easy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even though the balcony is shared, because it's an end unit it feels pretty private. Only thing worth mentioning is that the top floor does get warm in the middle of summer days, but was mostly fine overnight.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms and views are wonderful. And the ability of our crew to ski in and out hits the top of our list. We’ve already discussed making it a third run. Note: there are six beds on a loft over the living room; if you have a loud morning crew, those sleepers may be disturbed.

Great spot!!! Ski in/out was very nice. Only problem we had was that the dish washer did not work. It leaked water everywhere. Maintanence came by and said he fixed but it leaked again. We had to have maintenance come by and reset the satellite because two of the TVs would not work. If we return to CB we will definitely come back to San Moritz.

Great location and a large spot that comfortably sleeps a large group. Fantastic views from the balcony and right on the slopes. It is best to maximize carpooling because overnight parking options off property are limited.

Only problem with a condo is no yard for games, but we kept busy with fishing, paddleboarding, biking, shopping, etc. There is no air conditioning, but really wasn't a problem. They have enough ceiling fans to accommodate that & we always bring our own small fans. Great tip, the free shuttle, which you can take your bike on stops at Hunter Hill Road where the condos are & you can ride down to town & not have to ride up that steep hill back to your condo. Oh, condo was recently remodeled. Very nice!

Our condo was plenty big for 3 couples. We could have had more bc of the loft. We enjoyed it in the summer but I think it would be perfect for skiing in the winter. I would rent this property again!
