'Stayed for 1 nt on 20th Aug. Had lovely home cooked Sunday lunch and our room was stunning and stylish. everything was brand new and we had a very comfortable bed which is a must x our breakfast in the morning was amazing, the staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly and even the chef came out for a chat in the evening . The weather was appalling but our stay at the inn made up for it. Thank you so much for a lovely visit We'll definitely be back.'
'Wonderful period property, all modern conveniences, comfortable beds, luxury bedding, spotlessly clean.
Situated just off the high street with secure on site parking, and within walking distance of various eating establishments.
Website is easy to use, and informative, covers everything you need to know about the property and local area.
Jamie & Gary are fabulous hosts.
Highly recommend this establishment.'
'The staff were helpful and obliging and the breakfast had excellent choices that’s why I gave the Crooked Swan an overall review of excellent! A quirky but beautifully furnished room with an excellent shower. We shall return.'
'What a beautiful hotel. I stayed in a superior double which was very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and excellent tea and coffee, biscuits and water. The owners were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was delicious. You would never go hungry. The air conditioning was a real bonus, although unfortunately it did drip a little water on the floor. My only other niggles...
'Stayed for 3 nights. Lovely rooms separate from the restaurant. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds; a daily replenished supply of coffee; tea; biscuits; water etc. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food superb.'
'Breakfast lovely. Nice room. Everything clean but if you put your towels on the bathroom floor you expect them to be changed for fresh ones and not to be used again. Not enough parking space in the evening and it is too dark when the pub is closed. The quality of the food is very good.'
'I LIKED THE BONUS OF BEING ABLE TO PARK THE CAR AT THE HOTEL.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WERE THINGS LIKE STICKY TABLES IN THE DINING ROOM. OFFERING FRESH GRAPEFRUIT AT BREAKFAST BUT NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER CUTLERY TO EAT IT.
WE HAD A BALCONY BEDROOM WHICH WE DID NOT USE BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED
IN SEAGULL FEATHERS, IT WAS LIKE IT WHEN WE ARRIVED SO IS NOT PART OF THE CLEANING PROGRAMME. THE SEAGULLS FAUGHT AND ROOSTED ON THE BEDROOM ROOF. SOME SORT OF DETERRENT NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE.

'Convenient location to Lyme Regis and local pubs, exceptionally clean and well presented. Cara, the host, was friendly and helpful. Loved the cooked breakfast. Highly recommend!'
'We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating. One gentleman even arranged to have housekeeping launder a few shirts for...
