'The staff were pleasant and friendly. The resort on the other side of the island gave much into tranquility and peace. If you are someone that loves going in the water of a Caribbean beach, utilize the shuttle that takes you to the other side of the island, but unfortunately the beach at the resort isn’t ideal. 'On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. 'Grote kamer met balkon. Op enkele stappen van het strand met keuken. Complete keuken waar je zelf prima maaltijden kunt maken. Badkamer is ruim, maar douche was in de kamer niet echt prettig. Personeel is vriendelijk.'

'It was close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation. The AC worked well. There was warm water for showering. Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Overall the property was great.'

'The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.'

'Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. 'Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..'

'Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars.'
