'Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also.'

'This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. 'For occupying empty tudent ccommodation, it's mostly very good, I only have a few notable nitpicks. 1) The lights are very strong and no lampshades, one on the ceiling bares full force down onto the bed and I couldn't figure out a way to dim it without turning everything off, it was very bright and made laying on the bed (or not sitting in a slump) very uncomfortable when I wasn't actively asleep. If there is one I missed I hope the managers let me know in response to the review so it can help...

'It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.'

'Lovely spacious, clean & comfortable apartment in excellent location few minutes walk to Wells & shops. Good place to stay for exploring other attractions around the area, Cheddar Gorge, Haynes Motor Museum, Bath, etc. I would highly recommend especially for a couple. Not suitable for wheelchair bound or those who have difficulty with stairs as it is situated on the fourth floor with four flights of stairs to climb.'
