'The hotel has no working elevator. I was offered a room on the fourth floor with no working elevators. They wouldn’t even help you carry the luggage to the room. After me making much fuss. They finally offered me a room on the first floor which I took since I could not climb 4 floors of stairs. I had a king size bed. They provided 3 pillows that were very low in quality, no firmness whatsoever. The bedspread seemed liked it has never been changed or washed. Forget about deposit if you gave...

'Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.'

'Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok'

'My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I noticed the elevators needed cleaning in the corners and around the edges. Looks like a mop only hit the center. Went down for breakfast this morning and lady walked out and said, “we will be open in a few minutes. Sign says, 6:30 am but floor had just been mopped and was wet. It was 6:30. No one in there. No coffee stand so fixed a cup of decaf in the room. Didn’t really want decaf…..checked out and went out to breakfast……'

'Location of hotel is excellent , across from the Capitol . Suite was very clean , beautiful bathroom . i was not happy with the living area , walls were painted dark blue and there was no window . i had expected a view of the Capitol grounds but it was like living in a cage . I believe it false advertising because on line it showed a nice , comfortable , light room with a window . I was told the hotel was full because of a convention and I could not change to another room .'
