'Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast.

'All of the staff was excellent, and the room was clean & comfortable. I needed to stay for a couple of nights to be near the hospital so I didn't spend a large amount of time at the property. There were some noisy guests during my stay & elevator techs were servicing the property when I arrived, but this was the smallest inconvenience that & not a big deal at all. Can't say enough positive things about the front desk & breakfast crew -- really made a positive impact when I needed it the most....

'The staff was very polite. Great location! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is on the older side and could use a good makeover. Also could use more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. The pool was closed or out of order...seen this on many other reviews too.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with a functioning fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great against the TX heat! There is a nice desk, tv w/ remote, dresser, and night stands in the room. The property is easy to access from the freeway but the rooms are tucked away...
