'Location was great. Short walk to beach. Great view. The room was small, which I knew , but the layout could be improved with minimal effort. No space at all to cook / prepare anything. Shower too low ( need to bend over if over 5’5”). '

'The beach was just right over the dunes from us and visible from our room. Everything you need in a compact area. We were able to get groceries to cook a little and enjoyed the beach without having to leave in the car.'

The only issue we had was the residents in the other rooms were less than friendly, this isn't anything the room owner could help. I'm assuming they have had a bad experience with other visitors. 'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...
