'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

'My stay was amazing here. I loved the scenery and the privacy in the back. The house was very clean and made me and my guest feel like we were at home. The house isn’t far from plenty of restaurants to eat at. I loved house the house came with the bunk house for people to stay in also. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower. '

'The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. 'Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive. '
